These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, ticketing services, and related communications. By accessing or using DAAKGHAR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. About Us

DAAKGHAR is operated by Sri Manoj Murali Nair, presenting Rabindra Sangeet performances and related cultural events. We provide event information, ticketing, and guest communication services through this website.

2. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing tickets or registering for events.

3. Ticket Purchases

3.1 Payment Processing. All ticket purchases are processed through Cashfree, a third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Cashfree's applicable terms and conditions in addition to ours.

3.2 Ticket Confirmation. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp, including your ticket details and event information.

3.3 Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

3.4 Refunds and Cancellations. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by DAAKGHAR, in which case a full refund will be issued between 10 business days.

3.5 Event Changes. We reserve the right to modify event dates, venues, or performers due to circumstances beyond our control. Registered guests will be notified of any material changes via the contact details provided at purchase.

4. WhatsApp and Electronic Communications

4.1 By purchasing a ticket or providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages via WhatsApp and/or email, including but not limited to ticket confirmations, event reminders, and updates related to your purchase.

4.2 We do not use your WhatsApp number for unsolicited marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

4.3 You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at admin@manojerdaakghar.com, though essential transactional messages related to your ticket purchase may still be sent.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to resell tickets in violation of event policies
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the Platform
• Submit false or misleading information during ticket purchase

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, audio, and design elements, is the property of DAAKGHAR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services, including Cashfree (payments) and WhatsApp Business API (Meta). We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAAKGHAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, attendance at events, or reliance on any information provided herein.

9. Event Attendance

Attendance at DAAKGHAR events is subject to venue rules and any additional terms communicated at the time of the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates venue policies or poses a safety risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
