What data we collect

When you purchase a ticket through manojerdaakghar.com, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Payment and transaction details (processed via Cashfree)
• Ticket and booking details
• WhatsApp messaging records (for sending ticket confirmations and event updates)

How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of your personal data by:

1. Email: Send a request to admin@manojerdaakghar.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," including your name and the phone number/email used for booking.
2. WhatsApp: Message our official DAAKGHAR WhatsApp Business number at +91 91410 77804 with "DELETE MY DATA" along with your name and booking details. Requests received this way are reviewed manually by our team.

What happens after a request

• We will verify your identity using the phone number or email associated with your booking.
• Your personal data (name, contact details, WhatsApp message history) will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
• Transaction records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (as mandated by Indian law) may be retained separately, in line with statutory requirements, even after deletion of your personal data.
• Once deletion is complete, we will confirm via email.
